Privacy Policy

The Battery Status for HomeMatic application does not connect to any ZeeZide operated servers. ZeeZide neithers tracks the user nor collects any usage statistics.

To operate, the app has to connect to the customers CCU (home automation base station). The application does not change or store information within that CCU, it only queries the CCU on the status of battery powered devices (using the so called Rega HomeMatic Script API).

Information about your CCU accounts is stored locally on your computer, and if you choose the iCloud synchronization option, on Apple's iCloud servers.

Data the user can (proactively) enter when he changes the battery of a device, is stored in the user's iCloud database. Neither ZeeZide nor other customers can see those records.
